A Statewide Fundraiser Supporting Disaster Relief Across Florida

Tampa, FL – January 15, 2026 — Tennis for Hope, in partnership with Racquet Wars and the USTA Florida Foundation, is proud to announce Rally for Florida, a statewide tennis fundraiser that will support ongoing hurricane repair, relief, and community rebuilding efforts throughout Florida.

Using Racquet Wars’ signature Waterfall format, participants of all ages and skill levels will take part in an exciting tennis tournament while raising funds to help restore damaged facilities and support communities still recovering from recent devastating storms.

“With Rally for Florida, our goal is simple: bring the tennis community together to make a real difference in the lives of people in our community that have been affected by natural disasters,” said Hall of Famer Gigi Fernández, Founder of Tennis for Hope. “By coming together to play, connect, and give back, we can help keep tennis a source of joy and strength for Floridians everywhere.”

Event Highlights & Participation

• Statewide Rally for Florida events scheduled across Florida in 2026 including Ormond Beach, Naples, Tampa/St. Petersburg, Vero Beach, and Orlando.
• Using the Racquet Wars Waterfall format for dynamic, inclusive play over two or three days.
• Gigi Fernandez will visit each club to kick off the event, offering Gigi Method Clinics as well as the opportunity for each participant to meet and interact with a tennis Hall of Famer.
• Entry includes participation in a 1-point match tournament with the winners playing with Gigi and another pro
• $250 tax-deductible entry fee for 2-day events with 100% of proceeds directly supporting hurricane relief and tennis facility repair efforts throughout Florida.
