Learn about the easy application process here!

During the first cycle of 2019, the USTA Florida Section Foundation awarded more than $26,000 in grants across Florida to community tennis organizations in Jacksonville, Orlando, Miami and other locations. The grants are funded by the generosity of foundation supporters who want to positively impact the lives of children and families through tennis. In 2018, the foundation disbursed $47,010 to 17 successful grant applicants in the first of two grant cycles, or approximately 63 percent of the $75,000 budgeted for the year.

Besides a donation, supporters can take advantage of $25 off the cost of a new “Play Tennis!” license plate purchase. 90 percent of all proceeds go toward equipment and program support grant opportunities for under-resourced programs throughout the state. Those who want to support can also sign-up for the RoundUp App, where 100 percent of the change received from rounding-up your purchases goes straight back into the communities needing it the most through grant award opportunities. That means the spare change from your daily lunch to your weekly gas tank fill-up would go toward helping the foundation change lives in your communities.
