The USTA Florida Section Foundation’s 2026 Fall Grant Cycle is officially open starting on August 3, and organizations across the state have until October 20 to apply for funding that supports tennis programming at the community level. 

This marks the second of two grant cycles offered by the Foundation in 2026, following a successful Spring Cycle earlier this year. With a continued commitment to expanding access to the sport, the Fall Cycle provides another opportunity for organizations to secure funding that makes a real difference on the court. 

Program Support Grants are available for up to $10,000 per organization and can be used for coaching, equipment, adaptive and wheelchair programming, outreach, and other needs that help grow tennis in your community. View the full breakdown below. 

The 2026 grant cycle includes Program Support Grants, which can be used for: 

• Coaching, equipment, adaptive and wheelchair programs, outreach, and anything else it takes to grow your program 
• Up to $10,000 per organization 
• One application per organization per year

One application is allowed per organization per year, so if you applied during the Spring Cycle, please note that a second application cannot be submitted. 

To qualify, applicants must be a nonprofit, public school, or parks and recreation department that is a USTA Organizational Member involved in a publicly accessible tennis program serving the community. Programs serving youth tennis must be USTA SafePlay approved. The Foundation prioritizes initiatives in youth tennis and adaptive programs for all ages, ensuring that individuals of all backgrounds and abilities have the opportunity to participate in the sport. 

It’s important to note that there is a finite amount of funds available, so applying early is encouraged to help secure funding. 

Before applying, organizations are encouraged to carefully review the grant guidelines and criteria to ensure their proposals align with the Foundation’s mission.
